We all want to find that trifecta in life: love, career and happiness. Some say it is impossible, others say we CAN have it all. Does “leaning in” work for happiness and love, as well as career?

How do you find a balance between all three? As a woman it can be tough. There are so many expectations put on us daily, we don’t always know where to start.

Renowned author, speaker and “spirit junkie” Gabby Bernstein has been sharing her brand of millennial wisdom with women for a number of years on her Youtube channel, in her books, and at her live events. Now she is teaming up with Glamour Magazine for a series of videos that will bring order into the chaos that often results from balancing careers, relationships and our happiness.

‘Dear Gabby‘ just launched in honor of Valentines Day with Gabby sharing some tips about love, dating, and what to do when you are single on holidays like these.

The woman who is a regular on Oprah Winfrey’s ‘Super Soul Sunday’ series gives advice to women (and men!) that will leave you feeling full of love, even if you are single.

“I can recall countless Valentine’s Days past that I spent feeling bad about being single and comparing myself to friends who were married or engaged. I can also remember many Valentine’s Days when I ended the night feeling totally disappointed because the guy I was dating didn’t show up for the holiday the way I expected him to. V-Day can leave us feeling anything but full of love, but I’m here to offer some ways to totally change your experience,” she writes on her website.

There will be more videos coming from Gabby and Glamour throughout the next couple of months, and we’re excited to hear what she has to say on other topics.

With the combination of a girl power publication like Glamour, and a woman who is changing the pre-conceived notions of what women today should aspire to, a series like ‘Dear Gabby’ is one that will enrich lives like never before.

It can be difficult to wade through the endless messages when it comes to what life “should” look like, but Gabby is one woman who is enabling millennials to feel the freedom to be themselves.

If all the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ advertising and promotion is getting to be a little too much for you, take a deep breath and focus on your life for a moment. Picture what it would look like to have love, happiness and career balanced out for you. That’s what you should aspire to.
