Global Holistic Wealth Day is celebrated every year on April 9. I started Global Holistic Wealth Day as a way to recognize one of the most life-changing concepts of our generation, every year. On Global Holistic Wealth Day, we celebrate those who have lifted themselves up from life’s trials and tribulations and support those who are currently experiencing disruption with grace. With Holistic Wealth, prosperity is more than just a number—it’s a way of living, and it’s yours for the taking.
On Global Holistic Wealth Day, do at least one thing that adds to your mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, or financial wellness. Post about it on social media using the hashtag #globalholisticwealthday.
Why the world needs Global Holistic Wealth Day
In today’s world, marked by a mental health epidemic and a loneliness epidemic, coupled with burnout and work stress, rising costs of living, and increasing inequality, Global Holistic Wealth Day is more essential than ever. As individuals grapple with the pressures of daily life, from financial stresses to societal expectations, the need for a holistic approach to well-being is more important than ever. Global Holistic Wealth Day addresses the interconnected aspects of our lives.
By prioritizing our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and our relationships, alongside financial stability, Global Holistic Wealth Day provides a roadmap for navigating the challenges of modern life with resilience and grace. In a world where the pursuit of material wealth often comes at the expense of our physical health and happiness, Global Holistic Wealth Day reminds us to seek balance and fulfillment in all areas of our lives.
For women, especially, it is a reminder that true wealth extends beyond the confines of monetary gains—it encompasses the strength found in emotional intelligence, the clarity derived from mental well-being, and the richness of meaningful connections.
Empowering Women on Every Level:
In the spirit of women’s empowerment, Global Holistic Wealth Day holds special importance. It beckons us to recognize and honor the unique journey each woman undertakes, acknowledging that her true wealth lies not just in achievements but in her ability to navigate life’s challenges with grace, authenticity and dignity. By embracing a holistic approach, women can be more resilient, unlock their full potential and lead lives that are not just successful but deeply fulfilling.
Studies Show that women are less confident about money, have less saved for retirement and are less able to fully cover their bills. According to the American Centre for Progress, in 2022, women were: Less likely (at 79 percent) than men (at 84 percent) to be able to pay all their bills on time and in full. “The gender wage gap—a product of discrimination, and other factors—results in a 16 cent penalty for women for every $1 men earn. Women, and particularly women of color, are overrepresented in low-wage occupations and are significantly more likely to make less than $15 per hour. Despite this, women of color, especially Black women, are often the breadwinners of their households”. Global Holistic Wealth Day is also a time to reflect and highlight these issues.
There are countless ways to celebrate Global Holistic Wealth Day. Here are sixty (60) ways to celebrate the day designed to help you incorporate Global Holistic Wealth Day and Global Holistic Wealth week into your daily life.
